She has an extensive experience in various areas of taxation like Assessment, Investigation, TDS, Appeals, Jurisdictional Assessment, Faceless Assessment apart from Directorate of Business Process Re-engineering and the National Academy of Direct Taxes, Nagpur. In addition to this she also worked on Deputation from 2009-2015 with the Department of Commerce and Industry and was Director (Europe West) Division handling trade with Western Europe. She also served as Adviser (Industry & Engineering) to the Ambassador of India to European Union, Belgium and Luxembourg from 2012 to 2015 in the Embassy of India at Brussels. The officer has extensive experience working in various capacities in the department in Delhi and Nagpur regions showcasing her versatility and expertise in handling diverse roles.
